1. How soon can I expect my order?
Items that are in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.
2. Do you deliver on Sunday?
We deliver only from Monday to Saturday.

We accept payment via Paypal, Master card, Visa card and AE card.
4. Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, all orders must be confirmed receipt by signature. We will contact you 1-2 days in advance with delivery date and time, with the option of rescheduling if necessary.
5.How do I exchange my products?
Please bring your product(s) in their original condition and packaging to our shops with the original sales invoice. Our sales team will be happy to assist you. Products that have been washed, damaged or used will not be accepted.
6.How do I exchange the products if I am not in Hong Kong?
Exchange can be done by post if you do not live in Hong Kong. Unless the goods were sent incorrectly to you in the first place, you are expected to cover the cost of shipment.
